Grief over losing my best friend

Hello, I am a newbie here. I have recently lost my my best friend of over 30 years. It was unexpected. There are still no answers after three weeks. Her services were two weeks ago but it was a cliaed casket. Waiting on autopsy and toxicology report to find out her cause of death. It's been a struggle and hard to believe at this point since I wasn't allowed to she her.

@selfconfidentThinker9264 sorry for your loss it is chocking , when someone young pass away, may you are experiencing mixed feeling of sadness and grief, it is a hard time , but with proper support may it will be easier,take care of your self , read the selfhelp guide , talk to listener , take your time to heal .
