Holding Space for Grief 🤍

Hi everyone 🤍

I’m a listener here, but I’m also someone who understands grief personally. In a short space of time, I lost my grandmother and then my best friend. It changed how I listen, how I sit with people, and how I hold space.

Grief isn’t just sadness, it’s love looking for somewhere to go. Some days it’s quiet, other days it feels heavy, and sometimes it shows up in ways we don’t expect at all.

If you’re here because you’ve lost someone, please know you don’t have to be “strong” all the time. You don’t have to have the right words. You’re allowed to grieve in your own way and at your own pace.

And if today is a gentler day for you, I hope you find a small moment of warmth—whether it’s a memory that makes you smile, a deep breath, or a reminder that you’re not alone here.

Sending kindness to everyone walking this path 🤍
