I lost my Father 6 months ago

I lost my father suddenly after almost ten years apart. I arrived just minutes before he passed away. Shortly after, my oldest brother had a brain bleed and needs rehabilitation. I feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and full of grief and guilt. I’m here to write and get support.
