Just lost my best friend from highschool

I saw her a day before she died, went to her funeral a few days ago, and am preparing myself to take flowers to her grave on her 25th birthday. I haven't been handling it well, and any advice on how to deal with processing is appreciated.

Im so sorry for your loss.
So young.
Grief is hard, it hits so quiet, so unexpectedly.
No reason.
No warning.
You need to not be hard on yourself over the next few weeks.
Grief never leaves you, it just gets a little easier day by day.
