Last visit with ny aunt

Hi everyone. My aunt has been battling breast cancer for many years and the doctors told her she only has a few months left to live. She's making one last visit up to our state to see us and say goodbye. Part of me thinks I don't even want to have the visit because it will be too sad and it will just confirm what is happening.

I'm also having lots of health related anxiety because a lot of people in my family are having health issues. My husband is at a high risk for esophageal cancer and my aunt dying is triggering anxiety about my husband too.

The path I'm working on said to add more happy moments in our lives. So I'm going to sit outside for a bit before I go visit with my aunt. That should calm me a bit.
