Losing loved ones
I don’t really know how to feel about talking about my thoughts and feelings on this app I’ve downloaded 5 min ago, anyways when I was 11 I lost my dad to suicide couple months later I lost my grandparents and 1 aunt. Since then I’ve always felt anxious and scared of losing the rest of the people that I still have and that isn’t much. What do I do, who do I talk to? I’m lost atp

🥺
I'm so sorry you lost your father so young and in such heartbreaking circumstances.
And two other members of your family.
Grief is tough.
We can be sad, confused, angry, afraid, questioning, tired.
It's alot to carry.
It's hard, but with time, we don't get over it, but we learn to live around it.
I'm sorry you are left feeling people will leave you 💜💕
@cloudboy20That’s a lot for anyone to carry, especially so young. Losing your dad that way, and then your grandparents and aunt, is a huge amount of grief and fear to hold inside. It makes complete sense that you feel anxious about losing the people you still have — your mind is trying to protect you after so much pain.
