Loss of nephew to suicide

It’s been about over a year now since I lost a close nephew to me. The anniversary of his passing was hard but the anniversary of burying him hurts more. I’m trying to cope and mentally recover to him never coming back. I’m in denial but I know I am. Help?

I've been exactly where you are!
Its heartbreaking.
The biggest pain, the haunting questions, the lack of closure, the what ifs.
The scream inside your head, at the unfairness of it.
It didn't need to happen.
Did I see something?
Could I have done something?
Its raw.
Its relentless.
Its unforgiving.
Its important to seek help, to talk about it, honestly and without judgement.
It's a hard Cross to carry and I'm devastated you have to carry it!
