I lost my best friend in a car crash and I've been at rock bottom every since, I lost him in October of last year. It's only been getting worse and worse

😔

I'm so sorry for your loss

I understand the pain you are in 💙

The horror

The unexpectedness.

The hollowness.

May your friend be at peace.

It's horrible, grief is so consuming and your heart will always feel a part is missing, it doesn't leave you, because that person mattered and in time it dulls and you live around it.

It's important to open up , talk about your friend and do something concrete to remember them, to allow yourself time to try and begin the process towards healing 🩷

I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. 💙 My heart truly goes out to you. Losing someone you love so unexpectedly is one of the most painful things a person can go through, and I can’t imagine how much you miss your best friend every single day. A loss like that can change your whole world, and it’s understandable that you’re still struggling.

Grief isn’t something that follows a schedule or has an expiration date. Some days you may feel like you’re making progress, and other days it can feel just as raw as it did the day it happened. That doesn’t mean you’re moving backward—it means your friend mattered, and the love you have for them is still very real.

Please don’t feel like you have to carry this pain alone. Lean on the people who care about you, talk about your friend when you need to, cry when you need to, and remember that it’s okay to ask for help if things feel too heavy. There is no shame in grieving deeply.

I truly hope that, with time, the memories that bring tears today will also bring smiles. Your best friend will always be a part of you through the memories you shared and the impact they had on your life.

Sending you so much love, strength, and the biggest virtual hug. 🫂💙 Please take care of yourself—you deserve kindness, especially from yourself, during such a difficult time. You’re not alone.
