Lost my wife
I lost my wife in July 2022 and I had my cousin sisters wedding today and it hit hard. I've joined this forum from storyboard and I'm part of WAY but thought I'd share it here. Even being 3 years into this horrible journey some experiences still sting. I'm putting on a brave face and smiling

@sunout May I firstly offer my condolences to you on the loss of your wife, sunout. I'm very encouraged to hear that you're part of a support group such as WAY, however each person processes grief uniquely and there will at times be occasions that catch us off-guard, particularly social events such as weddings where we're reminded of what we have lost. I hope you can continue to navigate through this; you have the support of the forum here for you.
