Missing close family friend

A very close family friend who was like a grandmother to me passed away suddenly a few days ago. The funeral was yesterday. I am not sure how to manage my grief. I'm not one to show emotion usually, but the last few days I've been very emotional and am finding it hard to focus on my work or anything other than my emotions and the emptiness I feel.

Hey there,

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that it’s okay to feel whatever you're feeling right now. Losing a friend is never easy, and even if you don’t show it, that loss can weigh heavily. I’m here for you if you want to talk about it. Take your time to process everything; you’re not alone in this. I hope their soul can find peace and rest at last. They must have been a wonderful person. 🌼💙

@gentleFarm9769 I'm so sorry to hear you lost a close family friend. It can take a lot out of us to lose someone close to us. It's never easy but know that you absolutely aren't alone and it's totally valid to feel consumed by your emotions right now. Feel your feelings as they are, and don't be afraid to talk to people about what comes to mind. We're all here to listen. <3
