One coping mechanism that helped me manage my grief- what's yours?

Making a Memory box and decorating it; I filled it with small items, like photos, birthday cards, things that the person had either given me or had personal meaning.

I open it whenever I need comforting and it works for me, I don't allow it to make me feel negative, but use it as something that uplifts me ❤️

What's your tip?

I love this post, Lucy!! I would definitely say baking. It's quite cliché but it makes me focus and kind of drown out the world for a while. I just made scones for breakfast and I feel so happy :)

That's a lovely way to distract and cope with difficult and painful situations, I really love the idea of staying motivated enough to bake, thank you Summer <3
