The Pain We Don't Always Talk About 💔

Losing someone you love can change you in ways that are difficult to explain. 😔💔

Sometimes grief looks like crying for hours. 😭 Sometimes it looks like feeling completely numb. 🥀 Sometimes you laugh, go about your day, and suddenly a memory hits you out of nowhere.

And the hardest part? The world keeps moving. 🌎⏳
People go back to work. Life continues. Conversations continue. But inside, you may still be trying to understand how someone who was once part of your everyday life is suddenly no longer there. 💔

Grief doesn't have a deadline. 🕰️
You don't have to "move on" just because time has passed. 🌧️➡️🌱

Some days you may feel okay. ☀️
Other days, you may miss them terribly. 🌧️
Both are completely okay. 🤍

Sometimes we don't need advice. We just need someone to listen. 👂🫂

💬 If you're comfortable sharing:

What is something you miss most about someone you've lost? 🕊️❤️

Maybe it's their voice. 🗣️
Their laugh. 😊
A specific memory. 📸
A simple conversation. 💭
Or even something small that nobody else would understand. 🥺

Share only what feels right for you. 🤍

Let's make this a space where grief isn't judged, rushed, or minimized.

Your feelings are valid.
Your memories matter.
And it's okay to still miss them. 🕊️💙
