Hello guys hope you find this thread in best of your health, Today I want to ask of those who have experienced helplessness, in silence .

According to me silence is never empty and it never goes in vain still for those who suffered something big and remained silent about it.

Well there might be alot of reasons for silence maybe they thought speaking up will cause more loss , maybe they just gave up may be they had fears or maybe it's past .

Well keeping all these things in mind I am going to write something so I request you all to share your experiences in detail . I will be glad to add it up in my bookshelf . Always remember there is a reason for everything and sometimes silence is strongest answer to everything.

Stay blessed you all . Wishing you best healing journey

Thanks

@Bangtonfired

Reasons why I might have stayed silent:

Used to be being the strong one.

Too many commitments.

Used to being passed over.

Used to people assuming I'm strong.

I don't need help.

Fear , others don't care.

Fear, if I speak up and say the words, it will somehow make it more real 💕💜

@Bangtonfiredhank you for sharing this. It sounds like you really understand how heavy silence can be when someone is going through something difficult. Many people carry pain quietly for different reasons, and it can be exhausting to hold it all inside.

It makes sense that you see silence not as empty, but as meaningful in its own way. Choosing when and how to speak is hard, and sometimes just being heard, even here, can feel like a small relief. I hope sharing experiences in this thread helps people feel supported and less alone.
