Wellness Accountability Huddle: Friday Checkin Questions (March 13)

This week, we took a deep look at Managing Setbacks. We’ve stopped looking at 'failures' as ends and started looking at them as data points. We are 80% of the way through our journey. Look back at your SMART goals from Week 1. This week wasn't about being perfect; it was about how you handled the 'hiccups.' Here are our questions for Friday, going into the weekend:

  • On a scale of 1–10, how do you feel you did this week?

  • 1 Win: A moment where you successfully pushed through a setback or adjusted your plan on the fly.

  • 1 Final Pivot: With only one week left, is there one small adjustment you’re making to your goal to ensure you finish strong?

➡ Remember to check in with the group every day (or as often as you can) to share a progress update and be sure to interact with each other, as we are much more likely to be accountable as a group! Let's support each other!

@Heather225

On a scale of 1–10, how do you feel you did this week?about a 8

1 Win: A moment where you successfully pushed through a setback or adjusted your plan on the fly.
we made a healthy mean but also was able to eat some for few days  so that helped a lot was one of the things we was having lots of set backs on
also we found having the new cherro that has protein  in it helped too as something did not have  to cook

1 Final Pivot: With only one week left, is there one small adjustment you’re making to your goal to ensure you finish strong?
just to take things in small steps  so not over do it and end up down for  few days physically

wanted to share what we made that eat for a few days with others aseasy to make and healthy

we cut up  boneless chicken breast then put in aoven safe dish

then added freeze  veggies what ever you like

then added acan of cream soup we used mushroom  but could use cream of chicken or  other  cream soups use it without adding water to it

then mixed up a box of corn bread mix

then put it on top of rest of stuff

bake in oven about 45 min check to make sure the chicken done

we made a dish of this lasted 3 days

you could add cheese to this too
