This week, our focus shifts to Managing Setbacks. We'll be asking questions related to recognizing and navigating setbacks in the chat. Here are the questions we asked for our Monday intention meetup for those who missed it:

1. What is one small thing you can do for yourself today to start the week strong?

2. Look at your SMART goals. On a scale of 1–10, how S.M.A.R.T. are you being about your goal?

@Heather225

To start this week strong, I need to let go of situations that are out of my control and stop trying to do everything on my own 💚

S: New goal, I need to affirm my existing boundaries, both space and time constrain boundaries: I need to have my time of day before work to calm down and be mentally prepared for the work I need to do.

M: After a certain hour nobody can access my room or contact me. At least two hours before my work.

A: I must set a watch to remind myself, not to become soft on my own rules and fall in the same mistakes. I have my space, I have the voice to say it, I just feel bad repeating myself more than once or saying it outloud... I must be clear and maybe a bit harsh but I can do it if I have a reminder for myself that tells me this is the moment to find peace and deflate. I can lock my room-door after a certain our to even create a physical barrier and reminder for myself. An clear anchor, where I have control to get out and in. My room is my tiny-home, you need to nock and ask special permission to enter after a certain hour. If I need to eat, I'll eat alone and have a mindfull moment for myself. Luch time will also be a moment of break for me.

R: it's part of my focus of priorities peace

T: with-in this week I must make it become a habitual thing.

Also my room is my room, I decide when to close the shutter or not... I decide what to put in it or not... I must let my mom's random once every so many months moments of obsession enter my room. Even if closing my shutters when it rains or at night it might seem a good gesture unfortunetaly it becomes a moment of fear from my mom...that people might watch me or study me... I can't accept this kind gesture bc it turns in something else.
