Chatroom Moderator- Bi weekly Check-in - April 14 2020
Hey ModSquad, I hope you are healthy and safe.
Today, we starting bi-weekly check-in with you. We will be posting biweekly check-ins in the first and third week of every month to connect with you to hear you.
Communication is the key to great teamwork and learning is the key to growth. So, to ensure we learn together and do good teamwork, let's talk!!
Apart from this check-in space, you can use Mod Zone and Teen Mod Zone rooms to join in and chat anything and everything related to room moderation. If a room is quiet, you can do the check-in and drop your question or thoughts, so when the next mod will join in and see, they can share the thoughts too. As well as get and share any resource that is helpful to us. So,

1. How is moderation going on? What are the challenges you experience?
Being a mod now a days is ok-I've not gotten no mod hate or even been seeing it. Mostly I've noticed most of the memberslisteners behaviors are coming from being bored or being new. My most challenging thing in modding is fully supporting a few with some busy rooms.
2. We are thinking that you all able to moderate the Support Room 24/7 and Member Community Room apart from the support rooms you picked to moderate. How do you feel about this?
I think this is a very good idea. As some rooms are not to busy and modding 24/7 SR we can all handle
3. Do you have any questions related to moderation?
I'd like to be partnered with some folks on creating some NEW things for our community. Maybe they are bored due to to much repeating of activities and discussions. Mix things up some

Havent been modding much lately but will plan to be in the future! Last i went in there were a bit mod-hate but mostly was from breing bored like rumple said and i dont really care but i noticed that if there's like mods warning people, the person who was warned would accuse the active mod speaking of warning them. Which is sad.

I'm okay with this. It can help with the extra modding too.
