Group Mod Reviews: Updated!
The Group Mod Review form is linked in the Chatroom Rules at the bottom of each Group Support Room. We have made a few changes to this form that we hope makes it easier to use and provide feedback.
- Please use this form when you'd like to leave a review for a Group Mod, Room Supporter or Listener that you observed in one of the rooms.
- We encourage you to use this form to fill out both positive feedback as well as constructive feedback on how to improve.
- We have added categories for what kind of review you would like to leave dependent on whether you are leaving a review for a Mod, Room Supporter or Listener.
- Please use the Comments & Feedback box to tell us the details about what feedback you'd like to leave and include any screenshots if relevant.
- If you leave a positive review, your feedback will be shared in a public thread so that others can give the Mod, Room Supporter or Listener a high five as well. Your name will not be shared.
- All reviews will be reviewed by a Community Manager or Group Support Ambassador and if feedback is needed, will be given directly to the user who the report is about.
- Note: If you are filling out this form, we will not reach out to you unless we have additional questions about your report. As always, any behavior consequences are strictly confidential. You will not receive a follow-up on the status of a report.

Thanks for the update Kate!
it looks great! The only confusing thing for me is that if you want to leave a review for a room supporter, you have to complete the review for the moderator first because there are required questions on there. Is that correct or did I not play around with the form correctly?
@EvelyneRose Let me go play with it. It's supposed to take you right to the section.

I went back to see what I did. I chose review for moderator, and then when I finished that page, it let me press next. then the listener/room supporter form came up on the screen, and submit was at the bottom of that page.

so I select room supporter no matter if member or listener if they are one?
