Group Support Room Feedback
Good Morning (here on the East Coast) 7 Cups Family!
I'm loving getting to know you all and a HUGE thanks to all of you who came to the meet & greets yesterday.
To help me prioritize and get an idea on how you all are feeling, I would love some feedback regarding the Group Support Rooms:
1) What are some of the things you love about the rooms?
2) Where do you think they can be improved?
3) How do you feel about Group Discussions? More? Less? Ideas for topics you'd like to see covered?

1. I like that i can interact with others in a more casual way and with people who can relate to things im going through. Its an easier atmosphere to engage in.
2. I think we could see improvements with how we deal with problematic members that regularly break rules in the chat but get back in the rooms after the set time for warnings. Maybe by introducing more specific guidelines for acceptable vs unacceptable behaviour in the rooms.
3. Discussions are alright. Good topics. However it is hard doing discussions when there are members who wont participate but also wont leave- there isnt really a rule against ignoring a discussion so what can you do? It ruins the fun for the mod hosting and for the other members taking part.
