Mod Abuse in Anxiety Chat 7:45 Central Time
Hello, to whom it may concern, there was a mod muting and warning everyone in chat at approximately 7:45 pm Central Time. I have screenshots of my conversation and warnings. [Edited by AutumnLeigh for naming people online] was the mod in the channel, I'm not sure if it was her or an invisible mod. Thank you for your response.

I'm very sorry to have had to edit your post for naming people on 7 Cups. As you said, it could have possibly be a lurking or 'invisible' mod making your post not fair to the person there. I should remind moderators that if you are willing to warn or ban, you should be willing to back up your decisions and never fear announcing it because you've done nothing wrong.....am I correct?

As 'Surreal' has the Screenshots, is there a Link where he can send them? Perhaps you can put up the Link, or direct him towards the proper way to send these

Email community@7cups.com and prove the links to the screen shots, i think its best if you put the screen shots on imgur.com or another photo sharing site.

Thanks, Happy. for good answers. If you know the mod who muted you and have screenshots, the mod review form in every room under the 'Chatroom Rules' is the best way to go. Since you don't know, please use community@7cups.com.
Surrealistic, I'm very sorry you're muted. I know community is very busy and most likely the 24 hour ban will be lifted before they are able to find the correct mod. But please know it's important to report if you've done nothing wrong. Community determines both what action to take on the mod and also remove the history of a block on your own account. I've been unneccessarily blocked before and it's maddening. Please hang in there!

...and still muted 5 hrs later. I didn't bother to look at how long the mute was, but this is pretty ridiculous.

Mutes will only last 24hr make sure you send those screen shots to the community if it was unwarranted they will remove it faster or remove the mark from the record.
