Also I wanted to know how to complete a group support chat. I need to get my volunteer hours up, and I really like helping people and want to make myself more present here. It's two birds, really.
Does anyone know how to complete a chat? Please let me know if you do- ASAP.

hey omara! Chats are generally measured by how many messages you send out. If you send out I believe 20 messages in a group support room that counts as one "chat."
I hope that helps to clear it up for you!
