Teen Support Plus Summary (September 2018)
Hello Support Plus Leaders!
I hope you are all having a brilliant week, and that you are all feeling motivated and ready for the responsibilities of the week! I wanted to put a post together to keep us all updated in things going on with the team - and also try and organise a team meeting! There is also a check in section at the end, this is a great time to check in with the team and ask for help if you need it (although Meghan and I are always available in PMs!) The Team Dashboard has been updated for October! I wanted to make sure everybody has access to the dashboard, and that we are all familiar with it! This is a space to put any ideas you may have, get comments, track your goals and find any information regarding the team!

How do I use it?
The Idea is to track on your log each month, the discussions you will be completing - than every week I will transfer that information onto the weekly schedule and post that onto my feed! You can fill in relevant sections to you, and use this sheet in the way that it suits you! Do you have an ideas of what we could include? Let us know!

Updated! Just a note that I'm no longer leading sessions for ED but my name is still on the logs. Also, I think it might be a good idea to make a summary of the dashboard kind of thing in the first page where you have a link to logs and a link to feedback and those kinds of things - I think that'd be helpful for navigation and might also help with visibility.
New Team Onboarding Process
During the past month, a few things came to my attention and there was a little brainstorm that happened. I believe the onboarding process may benefit from a change - when an individual joins the team, they will be paired with either a Support Team Leader or an Experience Support Session Leader, for their first session - this will help them be able to observe the leader and also get some feedback, which I believe will be extremely helpful in their development.
