depression support group rant
i dont like the way this room is going now , plenty of new people have joined it and thats fine , but not when they start being aggressive and swearing which some have lately , ive never hardly got a look in there anyway , it should be a room for everyone not just the ones with a strong personality who can speak easily to everyone .
Some deliberatly say hello to everyone else and always leave me out and make me feel very un comfortable , if you dont like me just say so , not just totally blank and ignore me all the time .
I see this may be more of a personal issue than a group issue. I know many may feel excluded by others, but the truth is not everyone will say hi to you and that is okay. What's important is that everyone is welcomed by someone and acknowledged in some way. 
@Jakeofspades I totally agree with you on your post. Personally as I enter any room I always say "hi everyone" . Not everyone answer's but then I don't expect them too , people are busy in their conversations. If your greetings don't work you could always ask what the topic of conversation is. That usually gets a response. Hope these tips help you.
