FAIRNESS
Would I be correct when I state that the manner in which we solve/ handle challenges or problems can dictate how an individual treats others?

Hello luminous sun 🥰
When it comes to challenges or conflicts, miscommunications, for example in group chats here, I think it says alot about us, if we are firm with what we say, but patient and gentle with where another is coming from..
You can hold true to your own styles whilst still being respectful 🥰

@Amanda84
Interesting, I was chatting with Noni the other day, it literally challenged me with that dynamic and it kind of left me reflecting on the times growing up, when at some point if I was frustrated by something or someone, the next person that spoke to me faced my wrath! Oh my days! I am so embarrassed.
@luminousSun8290
Yes, that's a big learning point, we can indeed take our mood out on the wrong person or persons. That's why I like to ask myself before I pick up any chats, am I going to be a help today or a hindrance , am I in a good enough place today to offer a safe space that focuses on the member and not one me 💛
@luminousSun8290I would definitely agree there ... I would say the way we solve problems and challenges in our lives definitely shows what kind of person we are.
If you solve problems by manipulating those around you, for instance, it shows that you're a manipulative person.
If, on the other hand, you try to solve problems collaboratively, that may show that you're a person who wants to try and collaborate with others.
@SereneMusic63 Isn't problem solving a kind of manipulation? I mean we contort ideas to our liking to get an out come. Am I looking at this wrong?
@Amanda84, I would like to hear your perspective too, please.
@luminousSun8290
I don't think problem solving is manipulation at all, we all bring different experiences, upbringings and environments into our thinking and we'll all have a different lense, it's about not forcing our ideas on anyone but not being afraid to stand by our own truths too 💛
