Peer pressure looks different on 18+ side in rooms

On teenside  peer pressure is so obvious and out there but on 18+ side less obvious and  in back.

You may ask what does like on the 18+

1 staying silent when you know something you know is wrong.

2 acting a certain way to fit into the group.

3 picking sides a disagreement happens

4 join in when others engage in conflict

5  Ignoring others in rooms.

I just want you to know it’s valid and understandable  you to feel that way  have fear of what going happen if do not join in, 💪

I want to say it’s okey to say no to  this. It does  not mean u are weak but it show how brave and strong you. It means you are a warrior with big heart that wants to kindness over hate. 🛡️ 💖 🦁 ✨

Awhh, such a good post. ✨ The supportiveness and inclusion should be the way.

This one's for our ever supportive and a little too selfless members: As a member, who is already struggling, you are not in compulsion to support others when you don't feel up for it. Your presence is more than enough when you are not able to give something more. Your wellbeing matters equally. ✨
