Valid identification card ???
hey all,
Few days ago my account got unapproved and told that my age isn’t true at all and the 7cups community team need my identification card to proof I’m over 18. Just diverting anyone have the same experience as me. It’s just that I’m very conscious about my identity online. So help !!!

Typically that would occur after a report. It could have been something simple that lead to a misunderstanding where someone thought you were underage.

Yes my account is suspended but it's said that i didn't put the correct birth date but I did and they want a valid identification card.
so I’m not sure if anyone do give their identification card

Admin are the only ones who can reactivate your account, I do not know if they will require ID or not. I do know they require it at times, for example all ATLs have shown ID.
