To answer your questions:
For editing posts/comments, only admins, ambassadors, and forum moderators have to edit such things.
If you are accessing the site from the website or from a browser, you can click on your profile picture and a drop-down menu similar to this will appear.
Clicking on the 'My Forum Threads' will take you to the forum search bar where you can search for threads in the community, as well as your own threads that you have created. Once you are on the forum search page, click on the box that says 'My Threads' and the search icon, and your threads will appear.
Currently, there is no option to do a member search.
@blueAngel00 As a member, I think you have to ask someone else if you want to edit or delete something you posted. You can ask any listener to use the flag button at the bottom of the post, or you can send a message to one of the leaders in the community you posted in. Every community home page has an About tab, and that has a Community Leaders section.
There is no option to see all of one's own forum activity. You can only see the threads you started (if they haven't since been deleted): https://www.7cups.com/home/search/?query=&screenname=blueAngel00 You can edit this URL to search for threads started by other members and by listeners.
There is no option to see your complete post history.
I am not sure what you mean by member search. You can only see a member's profile or the threads they started.
It is very difficult to answer your actual question, "Why isn't there…?" I think part of the reason why is that until recently there was difficulty communicating the community's needs to the technical folks. And another part of the reason might be cost—for example, indexing all the text in every post in order to enable searching would take up time and storage space on the servers.
