With the recent badge locking of member rooms , I thought it might be a good idea to provide information on each rooms and their requirements with an infographic. You may find the relevant threads linked below too.

The information is wrong or the locks are not working the way they should this person was able to get into 35+ they do not have the correct hearts or badge.

Above info is wrong, 35+ room is locked upto group chimer badge only i.e 5 group chats

And Member Hangout is not badge locked anymore
@Want2StayHappy Hi there! Well spotted and while the original post has mentioned that it was Supportive Smile, the badgelock requirements for 35+ was later changed to Group Chimer.

So you're saying people have to participate in 5 chats before even reaching the depression support? ...or is that depression level 2 room?

Hello Coin, there are two Depression Support rooms and it appears just one is badgelocked.
I'll tag @Heather here just to double check so we can clear up all the information about the badgelocks and hopefully update this thread in the next 1-2 days!

Not sure if this is the right place to post - I tried heaps of threads and most of them dont even open. Im having app issues. I cant see any of the chatrooms. Ive been on the site for years so its not an issue of them not being unlocked or whatever. I havent logged on for a while though. I just really need help because Im in a really bad place but I cant access any chats and its freaking me out. Does anyone know whats going on?? I really need support
@PurpleLychee I hope you've found out by now, but... When I tried to upvote this post bc having the same issue (but on my computer) I was asked to confirm my email address - after that I could see the chatrooms again.
