Hello! This is my first thread post, so I'm sorry, I don't know how it works, but Ill try my best.
So, I have some ideas, and I thought that this thread/post couldbe a good way for members to share their ideas for group discussion topics. Here are some of MY ideas, and you can reply below some of YOUR ideas.

Also, how to guide a guest to another listener in a gentle, supportive manner. And, how to evaluate if you really need to do so. And alternative options where you offer other listeners and resources without ending your chat.There are certainly times to help a guest to a different listener, but sometimes I worry we resort to that too quickly, or may do so in ways that are detrimental to the guest feeling safe and supported and welcome here. (that may not be the case though, i just see the part that takes place in the chatrooms, not all the successful chats that are happening)
