Why do my listsener chats dissapear?

I have noticed that alot of the time my listsener chat just randomly dissapears and i can't cobtact them again.Why does this happen?

@LiineTheFox It could happen if the listener leaves 7 Cups, or if the listener blocks your conversation for some reason.
