Summer Outdoor Workouts (Stay Hydrated and Skin Protection)
Now that the weather is getting warmer, several of us will opt to move their exercise routines outdoors, engaging in such activities as walks, biking, inline skating, swimming, and sports activities. It is important to remember to use sunscreen/sunblock protection, in order to protect your skin. This may prevent sunburns, and reduce your risk of developing skin cancer, from the sun's harmful rays. It has been said that a sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher, is recommended to receive the most effective sun protection.
Also in the summer, with the increasing temperatures, it is important to continually stay hydrated. Drink a lot of fluid to be healthy and safe when engaging in exercising in hot temperatures. Wear light-coloured clothing, in order to stay cool.

You're very welcome
If your into running or jogging HITT can be a super fun way to exercise!
HITT=high intensity interval training
Try doing this on your favorite runnng or jogging route-
warm up: walk for 5 min
Interval- walk or jog at a steady pace for 2 min then sprint or increase your speed/effort significantly for 1-2 min
Do this 10-15 times and you should break a good sweat!

This sounds like an effective workout! Thanks for sharing :)
I am quite sensitive when it comes to sunscreen. I have tried many different adult brands, which make my skin itchy and irritated. One solution I have found, is to use a kids' sunblock that is tear-free and alcohol-free. Many people like to get out in the summer and stay out for prolonged periods, and protecting your skin is important. I have found using kids' sunblock to be non-irritating to my skin.
