2024 Weight Loss Goal
I am looking to lose 15 lbs. in 2024...by February 29th, 2024 latest.
(In 2023, I lost 17 lbs.)
I am excited about this goal!
I will exercise portion control, and eat 98% healthy food.
I will walk at least once a week.
I will drink lots of fluid.
Who wants to join me?!?
Love, Luxabelle
@Luxabelle Congratulations on the weight loss!! And I'm glad you're continuing this into the new year :) I could stand to lose a couple of pounds myself, so count me in!! I could mostly improve by making sure I'm active enough each day. I've been doing a good job at limiting the amount of calories I'm consuming which is a good start
@BearListens
Thanks for your congratulations! I'm glad you're on board to join me, in this journey! I wish you all the best in making sure you're active enough each day. What physical activities will you be doing? That's great, how you are limiting your caloric intake.
@Luxabelle I haven't quite decided on the specifics yet, but I'm thinking part of it could be as simple as walking. As for more strenuous activities, I'm not sure yet, although I'm thinking a mix of running and strength training - a mix of light weights and calisthenics
@Luxabelle
it sounds like you are committed and well done on the previous weight loss. I am also keen to jump on board. I have spent my life going from 78kg to 108kg. I enjoy eating healthy, exercising and am going to have an alcohol free 2024. Just not coffee free. Look forward to keeping each other motivated. Thankyou for the post.
Okay guys, so 2024 has begun!!! It is time for me to start eating small, healthy meals, and exercising! I want to get down to 155 lbs. by February 29th, 2024!!!
Hey guys!!! So, have you started your healthy eating? I have! I gained some pounds over the holidays, and I am ready to be healthy once again!
I am committed to eat healthfully, and not overeat, for the rest of my life! This is about a lifestyle change!!
Good luck to all!!!
@Luxabelle
Its great to hear you are on your way. The begininning is always the hardest. I have been continuing with my exercise and eating healthy and also alcohol free. It sounds like everyone here is travelling well. I think the key to to just achieve one day at a time. I have had to start thinking that way because when I think of doing something forever like giving up alcohol, it just makes me want to drink. So day by day. I also have other maladaptive behaviours with eating and alcohol i have to curb so hopefully this will help. Anyway great to hear you are going strong. Keep up the good work!
