Ive been feeling pretty sad because I want to lose weight so badly. I almost constantly tell myself that I need to lose weight but I never actually do anything. I have gym equipment at my home but whenever I have time to do a workout I dont. I havent worked out in many years. I also constantly tell myself to eat healthier but its like I just cant control myself. I hate it. I went to my doctor and got medicine to help me with my cravings but I feel like it dosent work. Their is also a local gym training place that could help, but I work a 9 to 5 and when I get home I just want to relax. I seriously need advice or something to help me lose weight. I also thought of getting meal plans like factor so I skip the fast food I eat for lunch (my work pays for lunch and its usually fast food) but food plans are so expensive. I need help.

@guff05 I need to lose weight too. Like you I used to stress and feel bad when I didnt. I then decided to just eat normal but less drink plenty of water cut down on sugary snacks and walk more. Ive found the weight does come off slowly and steadily and I dont stress about what I eat. If I do over eat I just get back to my normal eating regime and dont worry. Youd be surprised how better youll feel and just walking helps with stress and getting fitter. I just increased my time I walked every week a little bit longer more when I wasnt working. You could ask your work to supply healthier options for staff to have at lunchtime. If that isnt possible and you do eat at what they provide try and select the healthiest meal you can. failing that bring something in youve prepared yourself. I know its hardworking lose weight but feeling healthier and not stressing about it is the first step to achieving your goal. Good luck and take care.
