Restful Sleep
Sleeping in and of itself is something that a lot of us struggle with, but I find restful sleep to be something that's even harder. It can feel like this otherworldly unachievable concept.
The best ways I have found that work for me are
A comfortable bed
A healthy sleeping position that doesn't make me feel like a 90 year old with arthritis the next morning
NO LIGHT
Mellow Music
A good blanket
And a mindfulness tape, from 7Cups actually, particularly the joy tape under uncategorised in the mindful exercises section.
What are some ways you try to ensure a truly restful sleep?

Agree about every point but music. It distracts me a lot. Everything else works for me too. As for me, falling asleep is the hardest part. I even used to take sleeping pills. But as states the Canadian Pharmacy Online they can't be taken on regular basis, that's why I try my best to avoid meds. To share my tips, I'd add a warm sower right before bad, no gadgets at leas one hour before sleep, and well-aired cool room.
