For the past couple of weeks, It's been hard too sleep. I tried so hard too sleep, so I would steal my sisters pain meds.

I just wish there was something, I could do?

@UnderestimatedGirl6

Hi there,

I hear you are having trouble sleeping, this may be a result of something underlining, like something on your mind which is troubling you?Is there something you would like to talk about with someone who you trust? And friend or family member maybe, perhaps a listener here, we can help you explor your feelings, and find some possible resourses which may help you. Why dont you try and give this ago! If you are suffering, please allow someone who can help you.

Just one more thing I wanted to say, I really do not think its a good idea for you to take your sisters pain relief, what if there comes a time when she need it, and there are none left? You should never take prescribed medication belonging to someone else, this can be incredibly dangerous for you, I really would suggest you speak to a doctor regarding this for you own safety dear.

I hope you consider reaching out, best of luck to you

And please take care of yourself, your life is precious

Hello, @UnderestimatedGirl6

I'm sorry you're dealing with sleeping issues, I know how distressing and frustrating they can get :( Usually the more you stress yourself about "having" to fall asleep the harder it gets..

Have you tried any tea flowers like linden, chamomile, valerian? They are known to help calm the nervous system down and they are much safer than your sister's medicine..

Take care! :)

Instead of pain Meds you could try camomile tea which is really relaxing and helps sleep listen to relaxing or meditation music on YouTube. You could use put a lavender sachet under your pillow. You could try doing some deep breathing and write everything down that's taking up space in your head and hurting you and your sleep during the day that way you get it out your head and if you then rip it up or put that in a drawer it's a therapeutic tool.

It takes me so long to fall asleep every night. Anxiety keeps.me awake and stress.

It takes me a good 2/3 hours most nights to actually fall asleep.
