Disordered eating + easy food

Ive been struggling with disordered eating in the past few months and its completely draining me but eating is so hard.

I have 3 seperate plays/musicals to learn and perform by June so I really need the energy but I cant seem to properly eat.

Does anyone know any quick recipes, tips, or recipes that are small but give you more energy? Help a pal out

I am not sure if it will help. But perhaps you might wanna go for whole food?
whether you wanna follow fad diets, stuffs..., etc.. (I do not wanna trigger anyone here)

But if you ask for "easy", i also presume "quick" is inclusive too.

Then perhaps packaged (might not be that healthy) or frozen food (can be easily microwaved or boiled)?

@Arizona20

I wont advise on (low cal) portion as it may be triggering. (I presume you should be able to google what food types are low in them...)

but rather the main focus is to find food that are easier to prepare and cook, (hopefully you do not judge alot on "tastiness")

for me, i am fighting with this because

- worried about expiry (hence target to find frozen as much as possible)

- difficulty in bringing out to work

- undecisive about what to eat

- worried about marco/micro nutritents

- worried about "dietitians" advice on food groups and number of servings in a day...

please take care of yourself.

To increase energy reserves in the body, try to drink more water and consume foods rich in magnesium, nuts, dried fruits. You can also try to introduce to the district food supplements that remove toxins https://tonusjournal.com there are some interesting tips on how to replenish energy.

I know most dancers eat cheese. Very small amount but it is quick energy and you will use up the carbs quickly during workout/dance. Raisins are also good source. Everything is tiny amount. Then drink tons of water.
