What Christmas baking do you do? ☃️

@goldenLion1121 You can find lots of recipes for vegan cookies! I bake them all the time using dairy free vegan spread. Things like most cocoa, or dried fruit and gluten free flours are all vegan. Same with Christmas cake, lots of fruit and sugars and spice mixed with dairy free vegan spread and also have you found the juice of chickpeas aquafaba! it is a maze ing! and can be used to substitute eggs, you can make your own from a can of chickpeas too!

I'm usually in charge of the mince pies, Christmas cake and chocolate lava cake. For those who don't like mince pies (like myself) I add a few mini apple pies as well 😋
