Spring Garden Harvests
First strawberries, daikon radish, garlic, and flowers, and some dried apple, pear, and apricot flowers I'm saving up for some witchy spells I plan on doing out of the spring vegetable garden~ Can't wait for the sunflowers, other flowers, and all the vegetables in my garden to slowly grow even more!~

Loving all the pictures!
Also maybe you can share some gardening tips and hacks with the community as well!
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou
Omg you right I could share gardening tips and hacks for the community as well xDDD
I can't say my tips can be 100% accurate for everyone, but I've been gardening around 3 year ish, so I might have some knowledge around some common stuff xD
Also I'm so glad after you saw the pics you feel happy, but I hope in the future you could have more natural surroundings if possible too ;w;
You sound like you are super interested in gardening like me too xDD wOOOOO
@rinniechan
Not everything applying the same for everyone goes for almost every thing lol but yes, common stuff and knowledge or someone's personal experiences and tips in general, are something I feel, is always nice to hear about and with you being so passionate about gardening, speaking with so much love for your harvest, I'd definitely love to hear more from you! 💛
Thank you hehe, i love all things nature and natural so this is something I certainly enjoy! 🥰
I've tried those kitchen gardening/ small space gardening before but it didn't work out oops, any tips on getting started again?
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou
Oooo in that case, you can start out small! Like let's say like the green onions you brought from the store, leave some of the white part and the roots still intact and put in some soil you can find outside or put it in a glass of water, give it a week or so to grow roots, and slowly it should start regrowing some green onion again!
and basil works for small spaces too!! can get like a plastic cup and punch some small holes on the bottom for drainage, plant a few seeds and place it near a window or somewhere that is sunny!
and other herbs like thyme, dill, cilantro, parsley, oregano, and etc also work too! they are good in containers too and for small space! cant use a small coup like from the basil above and slowly as it grows larger you can get larger cups or pots you can find around your house for DIY, especially with thyme, oregano, and dill they can get bushy sometimes too!! and I forgot, strawberries can work in pots too! but might want to get some soil acidifier, cause they like PH around 6-6.5 but usually if it gets a bit lower like down to 5.5 I feel they like it even better too in my experience xD
and peppers work too!! people say you shouldn't use seeds from the grocery store, cause it has chemicals on them and such, but that's only the fruit itself if it wasn't organic, not the seed owo
so basically the same method with the basil method I mentioned earlier, but with watering, pepper actually like hot and not too wet soil, id say between dry and moist soil, just enough for them to get by and it might take longer to see them sprout compared to normal plants, around like 2 weeks or so compared to other plants, since they sprout under conditions where its like 70 degrees or hotter OwO
and potatoes work too!! they're the most simple to grow, just throw them in a large container, though for this you could get a amazon carboard box or any carboard box, fill it with some soil put the potato like probably 2/3 beneath however tall the soil you put in there is, so it can grow even more tubers/potatoes as it grows. You can grow bigger potatoes with fertilizers and other organic methods, but to keep it simple, since there's already so much info here, for now just water it just like other plants. Oh! I forgot to mention. Through the potatoes in when you start seeing like sprouts coming out of the potatoes! Would be faster that way and less likely to rot if the soil ends up getting too wet or not sunny enough~ I think there's still a lot of info I can throw, but I don't want to overwhelm you atm, so I'll just leave it there for now xDD
Though if you have any more questions free to ask! I'm always down and excited to help others owo
