Recipes Thread
Hi, home chefs or just general foodies! I am into simple cooking this year, so please share your recipes with me and everyone so we can cook together! Doesn't have to be just cooking recipes, could be baking, coffee, ice cream, beverages. Just anything simple, accessible, and yummy! Preferrably cheap and no oven.
I will start with something VERY simple. It's not even cooking lol
Easy at home matcha ice cream:
- 130ml Coconut milk
- ±60g Matcha powder
- 1 table spoon of sweet condensed milk
Pretty much just mix everything together thoroughly, put it in a container that has a lid on, and put it in the freezer for 8 hours. Add sprinkles as decorations if you like.

Hey there!😊 What an creative recipe for ice cream! I'm so happy you posted this forum. I'm a girl who have cooked a lot with my mother, here is the nojito recipe, (I recommend first searching about it to know if it matches your taste or not)
12 to 14 small mint leaves
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
4 ounces club soda water (or regular water)
Topping: Mint leaves, lime slices (optional)
And regular water is more healthier, if you like.
And you can just mix everything together
Oooh I love mocktails! Thank you for this recipe I'm pretty sure I'd like it 💙

Of course 🤍 I hope you'll enjoy : )
Today's recipe: Sunny side up pontianak style (Pontianak is a city in Indonesia)
Basically just sunny side up with sauce. The key is the sauce.
Sauce:
- Worcestershire sauce
- oyster sauce
- soy sauce
- sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- salt and pepper
- chicken stock/beef stock/msg if you will lol (opt)
No measurement cause I just eye them lol but if you're unsure a table spoon of every liquid and a pinch of every powder things should be okay
Stir fry garlic until it smells amazing
Cook a sunny side up
On the same pan, pour the sauce
Add chili flakes, chopped scallion, or whatever you like
If you want, just tell me what you have at home and maybe I can give you a receipt! If you prefer, tell me what you.like and I also can help you. But just with healthy food, ok? 😃

2. Mint & Ginger Green Tea

Today's recipe: Budget Creamy Ramen
- Your favorite instant ramen (I used Indomie soto because it has a citrusy flavor)
- 250ml full cream milk
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- a pinch of mushroom bouillon powder (or chicken stock or anything like that)
- 1 clove of garlic (or you can use garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoon of butter (optional)
Cook the instant ramen as usual but don't use the water from boiling the ramen as the ramen soup. Put the seasonings from the instant ramen packet into a bowl and put the cooked ramen without soup into that bowl.
Next we make the creamy soup:
Stir-fry garlic on a saucepan/pot or you can add garlic powder later
Pour the milk after the garlic smells nice and put it into a boil
Add chili oil and stir evenly
Add the mushroom powder/stock
Taste test before you add salt
Add butter if you want a thicker texture (optional)
Stir evenly
Pour the soup into the ramen that was in the bowl with the instant seasonings.
Add your favorite toppings. Mine are onsen egg and chopped scallions.
Onsen egg: just boil the egg for exactly 7 minutes.
