Crochetttttting!!!!!!!! It's one of my fav hobbies ever! It's basically working your hands and getting fascinated by the result at the same time ,also it's very pattern repeating and funnnnnnnnn,like a mindful form of scrolling! And you can experiment with colours and textures and make your own stuffff!!!!

I’m struggling too with hobbies and distracting myself without sitting in my bed on my phone all day.

If you struggle with patience then my best suggestion is diamond painting. You can buy bead separators at Walmart and a cheap diamond painting from there as well. Or you can go on amazon and buy a better separator and a better diamond painting. I like watching YouTube or listening to music while I do one. Helps me focus on something too.
