Hmmm I wanted to know your thoughts or you can share your experiences with me Hobbies or things you practice to feel happy, make use of your time, and improve your mental and health status For me, I read books, sports, and sometimes I draw anime characters😅, but I am not a professional painter.

@Tulipsmile

Hello. Nice to have you here.

Regarding your question:

  • I wanted to know your thoughts or you can share your experiences with me Hobbies or things you practice to feel happy, make use of your time, and improve your mental and health status

I like to exercise very often daily by dancing to fun music.

  • It makes me feel happy right away
  • It also improves my mental and physical health status
  • It's a hobby because I am learning new dance moves
  • It's a productive use of my time because it does
    positive things in many ways
    and also I can do it for free at home
    so it take no extra effort or cost. Yay!
  • It also enables me to be creative
    because I can "freestyle" dance too
    which is a lot of fun also

@7motivation

Thank you for the very detailed and beautiful explanation👏😊😊🤗

In fact, I started exercising, I cannot say sports, but as I said, cardio or free dancing as a form of exercise 5 days a week for an hour a day and by listening to my favorite music, and this really changes my psychological state and makes me happy, in fact I always try hobbies that I can do because I love Everything 💙💙 but I can't do it all because of my circumstances 😅

@Tulipsmile I like to read. It takes me away from myself and into another world. I used to enjoy gardening but my depression has turned into an exhausting chore. Everyone tells me it would do me good to return to it so hopefully I can add that to the things I like to do.

@gbrenna

Yes, reading takes you to a second world, a very wonderful world🤗, as it is said Wonderful gardening, I haven't thought about it before, honestly, because I can't stand the heat when I stand up to plant, but I always love photographing plants. It's comforting when I see green. I really hope you go back to gardening if it makes you happy🌟😇😇😊

@Tulipsmile Happy to have you!

For me, some things that tremendously improve my mental health: working out and taking in nature. It's the 21st century and we live fairly digital lives, more than the previous generations did, and it just helps so much when I do the things that they used to do. Cut off internet for a while, work out to stay in shape, go outside and look at trees, read books, write for fun, etc. Just things that don't involve any technology (outside of watching movies xD) tend to make me really happy :D

@Sunset316

Thank you😊

Wow it's all really fun☺

You are right though technology is great But it causes boredom It is better to enjoy and meditate on nature and life and talk to others face to face a little away from the Internet

I really hope you enjoy all the things that make you happy and keep doing it🌟🌟
