Dipping your toe into a hobby
I like to make handmade cards for people's birthdays and christmas, and each year I end up doing various crafts. I have done layered card, watercolour (albeit this was my worst!!), embroidered card, embroidered calico and cross stitch inserted into the card, woven paper and even more. This year I'm having a go at quilling.
This always gives me a fun opportunity to try different crafts and techniques, almost all of which are inexpensive and engaging. I never realised there were so many options! What different crafts have you all had a go at?

Handmade cards sounds awesome 🥰
I love doing Halloween and Christmas crafts, mostly making wreaths for the door 🥰

Homemade cards are a wonderful way to express your feelings for your loved ones it’s a valuable gift, and wow you can do it in many ways which means you are a talented person with many skills to be able to craft them, thank you so much for taking from your time and energy trying to make something will make someone happy that you remembered them 💐
When I was young I used to craft a hand-fan with paper and coloring it before the final zigzag look, plus ships and lantern.
@Diinnaa oh my gosh I remember making those paper fans. When I finally figured out how to do the lanterns I decorated my ceiling with them (far too many of them!!!)
