The white (or light yellow) characters means "kitchen". The red characters means "fresh without being left overnight, newly stir-fried for the best flavor". I used to have lunch frequently here.

That sounds like such a warm memory! The white and red characters represent a great concept,fresh food is always the best. It must have been a wonderful place since you used to have lunch there so frequently. Did you really love the food there? What was your favorite dish!
