A Book that has helped me so I thought I'd share
Hi all
Firstly apologies if I posted this in the wrong section. I'm still a newbie
I just wanted to share a bit of information I found recently that might help some of the community. In my desperation a couple of weeks back I was looking online for anything that might help me with some of the problems I have encountered in my life and I stumbled upon a book by Rob Kelly, a psychotherapist from England. The book is called the Thrive Programme.
After reading many of the positive reviews on Amazon I purchased the book and have read about 4 chapters so far ( there are also exercises at the end of each chapter) and I'm finding it unbelievable helpful with recognizing negative thought patterns and self beliefs systems and ways to change them. The range of conditions the book can help with and the testimonies from Amazon and their website are quite frankly astonishing. There is a consultation option but that seems a little out of my price range (and by a little I mean a lot) but he gives an assurance that the book alone could be just enough to help some people improve their lives and I'm really starting to agree with him.
I have absolutely no connection to Rob Kelly and as I said in the thread title it's not a sales pitch. I just think there is some great information in the book that might be able to help some other people. Go to Amazon and check out some of the reviews or go to their website and see for yourself. I was just wondering has anybody else come across this book before and what are your opinions on it?
I really hope that like me this can help some of the members here (if they are interested of course).

Love this! I moved it to Hobby Zone's subsection Using Hobbies as therapy! Let me know if you'd want me to rename the title of your thread for you to something more accurate about your amazing post.
- Best wishes, Remi.
