Cross Country
I don't think I've felt any better than now in months, been thinking about my recent 5-10k time splits, extremely disappointed as usual but I suddenly looked at it from another angle. I thought about how 11-14-year-old me would have seen these achievements, there was a point in time when running 400m would have been massive to me a few years ago, and there hasn't been a time where I've cried because I was happy about something until now. Today I did an extra 5 x 1 km after the team went home just fine.
