One thing I feel positive about right now is.....
nothing f___k life. i hate it all. always alone. forgotten. unloved. i realize how easy it is for people to dismiss me and forget me. they see me as an infectious disease.

@hollowman84 stop looking for love and acceptance in others look them within love yourself if others are abussivr intolerant unlovable to you you do the opossute to yourself learn to love urself accept urself improve urelf no matter ur age ur gender ur way of living do it now wake up every day telling urself youll be okay until one day u wake up abd believe it when u say it make small steps but dont give up and as for ppl sorround urself only with those u can handle and as for ur job bosses or colagues u bear with them in ghe best way u can sometimes if they make u mad punch bad cs one thing i learn thats life be kind but when they punch u u punch em back ca thats how some understand . Have a good life or better said have the best life u can . Ur worth it

I woke up this morning and it was bright and sunny. I have a job interview tomorrow. So I'm doing alright. I just need to keep getting better. Which I'm getting there. So I don't have anything to complain about.
I feel positive when I think about how difficult times build strength and character.
I wrote down the list of things that made me anxious about organizing my new room. I'm getting to meet the person I'm hosting this week in my house better. There's a trip of 2 days in the following week. I made myself a board on Pinterest for better way to deal with my anxiety. I know things seems bad now, but I'm confident it'll get better
I finally have my health insurence so I can go to the doctor, take a therapy and medication.
That I am grateful for being able bodied and safe with my loving family in my safe home. I just watched The Patriot - a true story of the Boston Marathon Bombing - so grateful right now.
