Chinese Team Meeting on 17 April at Translation Team Room

1. 我們決定改用石墨文檔來方便大家聯繫， 為QQ dashboard在注冊帳號的時候有點不方便，而且石墨文檔只要其中一個人註冊了，其他人不用註冊也能編輯。連結我會在之後統一發送給大家，大家請嘗試在Dashboard留言，確保是否能使用。
2. 我們新增一 dashboard是放所有要統一成什麼中文字的字詞，會用英文a-z 序排列，請在proofread的時候務必查看。
3. proofreading的方法：如果這個句子沒有問題， 就在POEidor對應的comment裡發送「done」，代表 已經看過而且沒有問題，兩位或以上的人也寫done，代表這句就是沒問題，可以按剔(toggle proofread translation)；如果有問題的句子， 可以把這句放過來 dashboard，然後在POEidor把這句按fuzzy，之後說 想怎改或是有什麼問題，當大家對這句翻譯有共識並更改之後，也可以直接按剔。有些英文句子可能大家會非常困惑，可以在dashboard表達，如果大家也不知道該怎麼翻譯，就把全行用橙色標示，Shirley7Cups會直接問Heather，當有答覆會盡快通知大家。當問題解決了，請在dashboard裡隱藏整行和在POEidor取消fuzzy，以方便大家的工作。另外，請各位translators在POEidor的account setting裡Notifications on Comments點擊 「None」，不然 就會收到極大量email ！
4. 我們的目標是在5月或6月完成繁體中文的proofreading，之後再開始proofread簡體， 為這樣可以減省功夫，到時候只需要改字眼即可。
5. 我們之後不會再translation team room舉行group discussion， 為各人的時差或時間不方便，所以會用dashboard進行check-ins。
6. 由於時間關係，我們暫時還沒分工，ATellowCloset幫忙在dashboard問了，但我也會pm大家查詢。
