Hello everyone!

First of all, I'd like to welcome and thank everyone that agreed to join the Translation Team and help us with the project! Second of all, I'd like to apologize for being so late to post anything here, I had a very hectic week so far and only now managed to find the time to get to my PC.
I see that we've already made tremendous progress towards translating the website and that's all thanks to you!
I would like to share a few guidelines and tips that I believe would help maintain consistency during the translation proccess:
- If comfortable for you, use diacritics in the translations to maintain the consistency of the already translated strings. If - --you'd think it's faster for you to translate it without, that works as well, as I can then go over and edit in the diacritics when proofreading.
- Try to use the already translated strings as a reference for style and phrasing, I've been reading through the old translations to get used to the way the site's been translated so far and I'll try to match the style as much as possible while proofreading.
- There are two main tasks that need to be done and from what I've seen, they can be done in parallel: Draft Translating and Proofreading & Correction. Technically, the translations take priority, but if anyone would rather work on proofreading and correcting text, that's useful as well!
- Lastly, it would be a tremendous help if once a week (preferably on Sunday to keep it orderly but it's not obligatory), you would write down your plans for the next week in advance, so I know what to expect. ^^

I'll go first:
Hello everyone, I'm Sven! I am not a professional translator and although I'm natively romanian, I'm, ironically, more comfortable expressing myself in English given I've lived abroad for the past couple years. I am passionate about linguistics and psychology and I am very honored to be part of this project. Although I'm the leader of the group, that only means I'm in charge of the coordination tasks. I'm nor the best translator and in so far as i've seen, not the most proactive, either. (Shoutout to @gwendolynceline133 , @Darius08 , @kindheartedBlossom43 and @BlissfulForce for their proactiveness and speed so far). That said, I've planned to proofread the newly translated text and edit it to be as consistent as possible this week. Even if I decide to overwrite or change your phrasing, I still believe you did 80% of the work by draft translating the text, so I still very much appreciate every translation, even if I may end up editing it.
If anyone has any objections to my edits, I'd be happy to discuss them ^^ As I said, I don't consider myself the best translator in the group so I'm always open to critique.
