courage and optimism and creativity and perseverance, each of these qualities helps us acquire true agency and  help us break old patterns and create new habits and be able to face challenges for example being courageous tend to get us out from our comfort zone to the world and be able to stand up for values, making decisions also taking decisive actions. As for optimism it's the ability to sustain and communicate a sense of hope always have a positive attitude and confidence in the possibility of meaningful change. let's talk now about creativity and what i learned that creativity tend to be with people who have mental illness and i think that's fascinating and it is the ability to create and innovate  new things and lastly is perseverance and it is the ability to sustain engagement and remain determined and patient even when efforts take a long time to realize it. So to summarize i think that most important thing is optimism because it can built resilience and it teaches you to look to hardships as opportunities and once you look at your problems as learning tools you find yourself less stressed and happier as Michael J. fox said Optimism and hope relate to how we think and feel about the future. If we do believe that things will work out for the best, all the setbacks become easier to deal with,”

@Soelsawyer4901 I love how you’ve tied optimism to resilience – it's such an important foundation. When we face setbacks, having an optimistic outlook really does help us reframe challenges into opportunities. That shift in perspective is powerful because it helps us stay grounded and proactive, rather than feeling overwhelmed.

Also, your point about creativity and mental health is intriguing. It’s fascinating how creativity can be a coping mechanism or even a form of expression for those facing mental health struggles. It shows how complex and intertwined our emotional states can be with our creative abilities.

Optimism really does seem to be a key driver in building all of the other qualities you mentioned. It fuels courage, perseverance, and helps us unlock our creative potential. It’s all about viewing the world with possibility instead of limitation!
