Character Strengths are defined as positive personality traits that drive a characters choices and actions...

Practicing your character Strengths are easy and come natural to a individual,  but what about your lesser strengths?

As a individual it is up to oneself to decide how you wish to be, but if you seek a more balanced lifestyle you should also practice on your lesser Strengths as well.. this gives you the option to be more versatile in life.

Practicing your lesser Strengths don't come natural,  it has to be a deliberate action on your part. If people don't like your character Strengths because for instance your character Strengths are kindness and love. A person who's trait are humor and bravery will see you as weak hearted.  But if you practiced these trait you would be able to develop a better bond with the individual..

So do you believe it is beneficial to work on lesser character strengths to be a more balanced person or do you think you should stick to your main character strengths and stay in a more comfortable role?

What are your thoughts about growing character strengths?

@AsherTree

I like to work on lesser character strengths through consistency.

But I try to let my stronger strengths shine through and compensate!

We are not growing if we are not learning and trying 🥰
