The Interconnection between creativity, co-creation, and inclusive mindset and intercultural competence

I believe that these three skills are interconnected deeply especially in my personal experience. I want to start with creativity. I've always thought to myself that I'm a really creative person and that I can pivot no matter what the situation was. The problem with that is with it came confidence of doing it all alone. For a long time I would work with people in a team where I offer to do something I know I'm well equipped to do. Then at the end of the project when we put it together I've always seen underwhelming efforts from the others which eventually led me to do almost everything by myself. From that I had a belief that stemmed ; I'm capable to do it all by myself. I did in this project, I'll do it in the next. There's no need for collaboration. I'm an introvert so limiting my interactions felt even better. Right after I went to Uni, I realized that a lot of my big ideas that I want to execute, can't be a one man show. It'll take so much time to progress and by the time I'll get a result, there will probably a lot of innovations that are ahead of mine. That's when I realised I needed people to help out, but this time they need to be professional. I thought to myself but I don't have the means to build these connections. I've always looked down at certain people with certain traits which made me not approach them when I'm need of someone to do a certain task. Overtime I found that a lot of these people I underestimate could be really helpful, I just didn't know in what way.

I read a quote that said "Creativity thrives where different minds meet with open hearts." That couldn't be more true to my situation. Now I feel like I can embrace other people's minds and creativity with more ease and openness.
